5This was our first time renting an RV and was purposely done as overnight trial run in preparation for a 6-day trip. We have a very large dog, a 15-month Great Dane/Weimaraner mix at 100lbs. whom we wanted to take with us, so it was important to see how he would do in an RV. The owners, who are also dog owners, were instantly taken to us and addressed all of our concerns, not only with the RV but also with traveling with a dog. We met with them prior to the trip where they gave us a tour of the RV and then again on the morning of the trip where we got detailed instructions. In spite of its size, 27 feet, we found the RV relatively easy to drive and just had to be cognizant of its size when navigating smaller spaces like parking lots. Setting up the RV at an RV camp site was quite easy given the thorough instructions provided by the owners. Most importantly, their strong advice to remove all necessary equipment from the storage areas before extending the sides was extremely helpful (no bumped heads). For the few questions we had on items that we simply forgot, we texted the owners and got immediate responses, up to and including a sincere offer to come to our location and help if necessary. The return was uneventful and the owners were extremely pleased to hear any comments we had or suggestions for improvement.
