Perfect size! Brand new, super clean and flexible layout for privacy and sleeping a few or a crew. The extra door for the bathroom keeps everything so clean since you don't have to go in and out though the living room. The bunks are Awesome for kids and the mini-tub is nice for kiddos too. Outdoor shower, 1 slide, great rig! Super easy haul and small enough to get a spot in all the parks! Also comes with RV mat, collapsable trash bin. 4836lbs. requires 510lbs hitch (we have, with sway bar) No Burning Man, please don't ask. Please include type of towing vehicle and towing experience. We have a 2 5/16" hitch that we provide for your use.
