Bunk beds are two double beds, the Murphy bed is a queen size and the fold down dinette could accommodate a child comfortably.
We provide mattress protectors that are cleaned on a sanitizing cycle, but we do not provide blankets and pillows as we feel that it is more sanitary for you to bring your own. Please bring your own and towels as well.Please make you sure you have the correct 7 pins trailer connector.
We will supply the proper hitch set up for weight distribution and sway control if you do not have one for an extra $30. You will be required to have one as it is much safer to drive with it. What's includedWe provide all the basic needs for cooking and eating, but if you rather not do dishes, please bring your own disposable plates and utensils :)
Camper will have basic cleaning supplies. Make sure to dispose of your trash and return the camper the way it was provided to you.
We will provide toilet paper as well, but if you run out, please get the RV septic safe kind, (can usually be found at Walmart). Empty and flush the septic tank before returning it or we will charge a tank cleaning fee($200). Ask us any question you have about it 😊The dry weight of this camper is 3,727lbs. It can be towed with some smaller SUVs and trucks and requires a 2-5/16" hitch ball. (Please check your manual for info on your vehicle's towing capacity).
You will also need to have some basic experience backing up and maneuvering a trailer. Our trailer is a little bit longer than a smaller pop-up camper or camper pod.
Per Minnesota State law, you must have an electric brake controller and trailer light wiring, in complete working order prior to leaving with the unit.Other things to noteWe are also pet friendly, we love our fur babies! However, our camper is relatively small and could not accommodate a dog over 100lbs. Two small dogs or a medium size dog could work in with you but that's about it. Please no animals on furniture and beds. If left alone, please make sure that they are kenneled. There is a pet damage fee ($300), if any parts of camper are chewed or scratched, or if we find excessive pet hair on beds/mattresses.This is an absolutely Smoke Free Camper, no smoking inside! We take pride in keeping it clean and odor free, thanks!
