Tony replies to communication quickly. We had seamless experience picking up and dropping off. The travel trailer was clean and in working order, minus one shade that gave us problems but Tony did give us a a heads up at pick up. He took the time to explain how everything operated. The whole experience surpassed our our expectations. To our surprise the trailer came with bedding, towels/tp/garbage bags, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, kurig and even a few k-cups! He had the fridge/freezer chilled in advance so we could load our groceries right in from the cooler when we got there. We hope to rent from him again, at least for our annual family camping trip.
