This brand-new unit 50-amp unit features a spacious main bedroom with single door entry and laundry chute leading to front pass-through storage area, a large bathroom with sliding glass shower, a large slide with pull out couch and sleeper-dinette, an open kitchen with plenty of countertop space and large refrigerator, a pantry that doubles as a clothes closet, and finally a spacious rear bunk room with two fold-down L-shaped bunks with a couch that pulls out into a queen bed. This unit is also equipped with two A/C units (one for main bedroom and one for the rest of the unit), a Bluetooth enabled stereo with inside/outside speakers, an awning with LED strip, an outdoor hot/cold shower, solar panels, power tongue jack, and power front and rear stabilizers. What's includedWe will include towels, linens, assorted cleaning products and other random items to help make your trip more fun! Other things to notePets allowed. I am fine with you bringing pets, however, please do not allow them on the furniture.Waste removal fee of $50 will be added to empty tanks if your site does not have sewer hook-up. Please select this in the add-ons section.No smoking in the unit. If smoking outside, please ensure the doors and windows are closed.Delivery only - delivery fee is $2.50 per mile with $100 minimum. My family and I are first-time RV owners, but very familiar with the RV camping experience. We prefer trips to the beach but are planning a long multi-state trip for the near future. I am prior Army (13 years) and currently work in real estate, and my lady is an ER nurse. We have an 8-year-old son who is somewhat new to camping but loves it so far! Mike was very helpful and quick with responding to any questions I had. The RV had a ton of space for our guests. Arrived clean and fully hooked up which was very helpful to us. Will definitely book again if we are in the area!
