Basic but with all the necessities. We’ve been using our Coleman to enjoy camping all across Florida. Its compact size of 22ft (including trailer) and weighing under 3,500lbs makes it ideal for almost all campgrounds. We stock it with everything you need to get your family out and enjoying nature.
Features: gas stove, electric skillets, extension cords, fans, mini refrigerator, ice maker, shower, toilet, extra outside table, cooler, coffee maker, and so much more.
The inside space is 17 feet.
If you decide to tow, your vehicle will need to have a minimum towing capacity of 5000lbs. What's includedOur listing comes with everything you need to enjoy a camping trip with the family or pets. Pots/pans kitchen ware, shampoo/conditioner, linens, towels, toaster oven, electric pan, board games, dvd player, smart tv, dvd collection, hammock, camping chairs, and we can stock other amenities upon request. If you need additional items please message prior to booking.For a $50 fee you can rent our generator for boondocking. It’s 2400 watt. Can do the a/c and a few items. Will need to supply your own fuel, but we will provide a can. RecommendationsWe recommend any of the local state and county parks. There is something for everyone to enjoy at our state parks. Our favorites are Oscar Scherer state park, Koreshan state park, Brownville in Arcadia. Other things to noteWe are a phone call away if any assistance is needed. We will do a walkthrough in advance showing all the amenities/features and how everything works. No smoking inside the trailer. Well behaved and potty trained pets are welcome. It is ok to leave your pet unattended in the trailer however damages from pets (chewing tables/benches) will incur a fee to cover the damages. Accidents happen and things break, just let us know what needs attention so we can get it corrected for the next guest.
In storms or high winds the awning needs to be retracted back into safe position until the high winds pass.
We will sanitize, wash sheets, and run dishes through our wash after each guest, so it’s not the end of the world if you can’t get all the hard to remove grease/grime off pots/pants.
We require you to use the camping dump station prior to return to empty the black and grey tanks. We will provide disposable gloves
Lastly, camper toilets aren’t really meant for #2’s, please try and use provided campground restrooms when you have to go (#2). Only provided RV toilet paper should be used.
