Review summary
Exceptional communication, service, problem-solving
Ruth responded promptly to a weak battery issue, personally delivering and installing new batteries and resolving other items at the campsite, demonstrating great customer service.
Towing requires specific equipment
The camper is heavy, requiring a brake controller and the provided weight distributing hitch for safe towing. It offers all amenities like a "tiny house," though a weak battery initially limited basic electrical functions.
