What's includedWe provide linens, pillows, towels & washcloths, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, kitchen knives, can opener, wine/bottle opener, coffee maker, salt & pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, vacuum, cleaning supplies, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, first-aid kit, outdoor folding table, outdoor entry rug/mat, tank chemicals, blu-ray/dvd, outdoor grill, grill utensils, beach towels, and four camp chairs.Other things to notePrior to return, the rv should be clean with gas tank filled. Black tank (sewage) and grey water (waste water) tanks should be emptied. We are happy to perform these tasks for a fee.Due to safety concerns, the roof is not accessible.Please do not leave the unit unattended when the awning is out. If it is raining the awning should be tilted to allow water to drain off. In moderate to high winds the awning must be retracted so as not to damage it.
