Ride Shares or transportation to/from the Portland International Airport can be arranged with adequate advance planning, as well as pick up/drop off of vehicle near pre-arranged sites within a short 5 minute free public train ride from PDX.We request very little but what we do ask in earnest is quite inflexible. Please do not smoke, consume, ingest, or otherwise inhale any flammable (or inflammable) substance within the vehicle that require the use of an open flame or ignition source. This would include cigarettes, cigars, vape devices, e-cigarettes, tobacco pipes, bongs, makeshift (homemade) paraphernalia, or incense in any form requiring flame. The price to clean, sanitize, repair, or replace components of the vehicle that are damaged by said acts is 100% entirely the renter’s responsibility and will be assessed at the maximum allowable charge.Pets… we have ‘em, we love ‘em, we want you to bring them! We know, however, they sometimes make messes we can’t foresee and they’re hard on stuff. Unpleasant pet stains and smells can be difficult and costly to remove from mattresses, blankets, floors, and automotive upholstery. If your pet doesn’t enjoy our van, or any of the thoughtfully curated items in the van, the cost to sanitize, repair, or otherwise replace the items will be yours and will need to be added to the total of the rental fee upon return of the van.It should go without saying, but all items should be returned in or as near the condition that they went out with you. We, too, use these items and when they go out with you, we trust them to your care and you are responsible to maintain their condition and upkeep.
Our commitment is that we will not send any item out with our vehicle that is in a condition you cannot enjoy for the duration of your adventure. Sometimes things do break under normal wear and tear, and sometimes accidents do happen, and we are always aware of that possibility, but if it enhances your ability to enjoy your trip, we want to make these things available to you.We inspect and clean every item we make available as an add-on, just as we maintain and clean the vehicle between trips. Please try to return the van in a similar condition as when you picked it up. If items come back broken, or don’t make it back at all, we ask that you either replace the item, or at a reasonable prorated cost, considering it’s age, condition, and frequency of use, contribute toward its replacement.***IMPORTANT***
***If you elect to add items to your rental, you are asked to sign a separate waiver stating that you understand and accept all the the risk associated with the uses of these items and that you or your family members agree to release the members of Wanderluxe Roadventures, LLC from any future financial liability for events that may occur resulting from the use of these items. We want to you have the best adventure possible while maintaining a safe and responsible experience. We sincerely appreciate your understanding. It’s not you, you’re wonderful. It’s us.***### Sorry, no Burning Man… No exceptions. ###Keys… they are expensive to replace. Please don’t accidentally take them or lose them. We recommend keeping the keys on the provided neck laniards, if for no other reason, to keep them visible and more difficult to lose. The cost to replace keys does come out of the deposit for the vehicle. We are wildly sincere about keeping our Manzanita Time Machine in as good a condition tomorrow as it is today, but we need your help to make that happen. Together we can preserve this vehicle so that it is enjoyed by as many enthusiasts as possible for many seasons on. Thank you for wandering with us!Rick and Tara

This van was an absolute dream hosted by the nicest and most helpful couple. Rick and Tara made our first venture with Outdoorsy that I am afraid the bar might be set too high by their hospitality! My partner and I took the van for a two week adventure from Oregon out to New Mexico and back, camping at parks in Idaho, Utah and Arizona and it was amazing. It drove so comfortably and the mileage was incredible. When we ran into a minor mechanical issue, Rick and Tara were quick to respond and help us troubleshoot. We made so many incredible memories on these four wheels exploring the southwest and rested well each night on the really comfortable bed so that we'd be ready to play again the next morning. This has been such a great experience and I can't recommend them enough! Thank you Rick and Tara for sharing your van with us!

Great rental! This has everything you can think of! You can tell the owners know what they are doing and anticipate things renters will need. Super spacious and super comfy bed!

We loved the Time Machine! It was clean, well-maintained, super cozy and had a lot of thoughtful, homey touches. Highly recommended.

Rick and Tara were amazing!! They made our dreams come true by taking a 3-week road trip with our four dogs to Alaska!! We have worked very hard for this all year and renting through outdoorsy and just meeting Rick and Tara really made us feel like everything was meant to happen!! We have recommended this app and them for all of our friends!! It made traveling with animals so much easier and doing long road trips a piece of cake!! We had a phenomenal trip and got to see the beautiful Yukon and explore Alaska, with the comfortability of borrowing their amazing sprinter and having a glamping experience the whole month!! Thank you so much Tara and Rick we look forward to our next adventure!!

We had a wonderful trip down the Oregon coast! The van was so comfortable and outfitted so perfectly by Rick and Tara. Our only recommendation was a stool to assist getting in and out for those of us on the shorter side.😀

Great RV to drive. Ideal for my daughter and me. Went to Glacier National Park. Thank goodness it had a good heater.
