Review summary
Highly responsive and accommodating staff
Staff are consistently praised for excellent communication, flexibility with pickup/drop-off, and going above and beyond (e.g., Rico answering questions, staying late for delayed flight, driving to airport). They provide thorough orientations.
Reliable and easy to drive camper
The Eurovan drives well, is sturdy, and performs reliably on various roads with decent gas mileage. It comes well-equipped with a pop-top, comfortable beds, propane heating, fridge, and kitchen supplies. Minor issues reported include a check engine light, noisy fridge, and occasional leaks.

5.0The van accommodated me perfectly for my trip to the Olympic National Park. It had everything I needed and the host gave clear instructions for operating each feature. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip!

4.0Customer service was excellent from start to finish. I especially loved how easy the pickup process was—flying into Portland (PDX), hopping on the light rail, getting off on 82nd Street just a few stops away, and walking to the office made everything incredibly convenient. The van itself was great overall. It drove well, had good acceleration, and the beds were comfortable with excellent bedding. It took a little time to figure out the radio—you need to switch to Bluetooth audio to connect your phone (for Spotify, etc.), and sometimes toggle it off and on to get it to recognize—but once set up, it worked fine. There were a couple of downsides worth noting. The check engine light was on, which wasn’t ideal and made me a bit concerned about reliability, although we didn’t end up having any issues. The refrigerator also made a persistent clicking noise, which was disruptive enough that I had to use headphones with white noise to sleep. On the equipment side, I’d suggest replacing the Teflon pan with a stainless steel skillet and including a steel wool scrubber instead. That said, I really appreciated all the provided supplies—especially the sponge, Dawn dish soap, and hand towels—which made cleanup easy and convenient. Overall, despite a few minor issues, we had a great experience and a fantastic trip. I would definitely rent again, and might even upgrade to a Sprinter van next time.

5.0The van was wonderful for my trip. I bought a couple of small things to make it suit me. Coming from Australia I hadn’t realised the need for heating when off grid in this part of the world and I’m grateful this van had that capability. It was sturdy, easy to drive. Rico was easily communicable when I had questions about a flat tyre, how to refill propane or charging components. Rental was clear, what I got was what I signed up for, and I’d recommend this van for those on a budget that excludes a van with a toilet/indoor shower.
