4There were a few repairs that needed to be rectified during our rv rental but the owner was prompt on fixing the problems. Dave was great from start to finish.

Rules and policies
1. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE CAMPER. ANY EVIDENCE OF THIS WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF SECURITY DEPOSIT.
2. Check for trees and other obstacles also be sure front door is closed BEFORE extending and retracting awning.
3. Please make sure awning is retracted if it’s windy and ALWAYS when you are away from the camper and overnight.
4. Only use biodegradable, RV and marine type bath tissue that we supply or that you have. ONLY TOILET PAPER can be flushed down toilet. Please use plenty of water when flushing.
5. If you are enjoying an extended stay with us and will need to empty tanks, please add a tank treatment (provided) to black tank after dumping.
6. This unit has an on-demand water heater. It will take a minute or two before it gets hot.
7. Kindly keep dogs off beds and furniture.
8. No walking, sitting, standing, or lounging on top of the roof.
9. Report any issues immediately so we can quickly resolve them.
10. Prior to departure, please discard trash, empty tanks and leave camper in clean condition.
11. Make sure grease trap on outdoor griddle is emptied prior to leaving the campground.
12. The powered stabilizer jacks are not for leveling the camper. Do not try to level with them.
