Top of the line RV so you can enjoy camping in style! This RV can sleep 6. Rear of unit features a private bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious closet with 2 sides to hang your wardrobe & 2 drawers for clothing as well as a full length mirror. Storage above bed as well. Bathroom has standing shower and jack & jill doors so you don't disturb anyone sleeping in the cabin area. U-shaped dining area turns into full size bed as well as a 300 lb max weight loft bed over the drivers seats. 2 reclining chairs to relax while watching tv. Wifi booster so you can stay connected while traveling. 3 burner stove, microwave, residential size refrigerator and freezer offers plenty of storage. Outdoor awning with LED patio lights and external TV. Rear and side view cameras for backing up and turning. Parking space on private property available if needed to leave your personal vehicle while you RV.We supply basic cooking utensils, pots, & pans, silverware, cups, plates, bowls, mixing bowls, k-cup style coffee maker, outdoor rug as well as some cleaning products. A propane Blackstone flat top grill is available for an extra fee.You will need to supply sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. Rear bedroom and dinette table bed best fits with a queen while the overhead bunk is best for a king sheet.

RV must come back cleaned, gas & propane tanks full if not cost and labor to fill tanks. Sewage tank must be emptied before return. If not $125 fee will be charged to cover cost to dump local and labor. Fuel tank should be refilled to a fuel tank upon returning of vehicle. If not $75 convenience fee plus fuel cost to refill vehicle. NO smoking. $150 fee will be charged to cover cleaning/airing out vehicle/washing curtains. 1 well behaved dog allowed. No cats.
