Frequently asked questions

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Electric is super easy- just pull out the "shore power" cable and plug it in to the outlet at your campsite. Water: There are two ways to use water on board; through the direct hose connect (city water hookup), which will provide water at the sink directly from the hose. Or the alternate is using the onboard freshwater holding tank. When you need to dump the grey water the is an easy drain spigot that should be emptied into a greywater dump tank (when available)

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We live in Port Alberni and can be flexible with pickup/ drop-off times. Just need a heads up. Thanks!!

Q.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

A.

Tent trailers can be a little tricky, but we provide a step by step video guide on how to setup and take down the trailer as well as QR codes throughout for quick tips just incase you forget!
