Our "Home away from home" is very well maintained. All components work well and are dependable, BUT THE Generator IS NOT Available. It's a dream to drive - set the cruise and wander on down the road. The size is a bit daunting at first but that feeling goes away almost immediately. The AC is ducted so nice cold air is distributed equally, from the separate bedroom in back to the living area up front. Everything you need to hit the road is included: pots and pans, dishes, silverware, bedding, outdoor furniture, grill charcoal, etc. We know you'll be happy, safe and comfortable in our RV, and we'll do all we can to make your vacation a great one. What's includedAs mentioned earlier, pretty much everything is included. Just bring your clothes, toiletries and food to prepare, and you'll be set. RecommendationsSheboygan County, Wisconsin is a beautiful part of the Midwest. Lake Michigan on the east and the famed Kettle Moraine Forest on the west, formed by the last glacier to cover the area 10,000 years ago. Like to golf? Whistling Straits, Blackwolf Run and The Bull are championship caliber courses to test your skills. Top Rated Road America hosts road racing events throughout the warm weather months (camping available right on the grounds). Just being outdoors is great: fishing, hiking, hunting or just sitting around a campfire.Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking inside our "Home Away from Home". Pets are fine as long as they're dogs (sorry). No extra cleaning fees as long as it's returned as it was when delivered to you. That means the waste tanks must be empty. There will be a charge if we need to empty the tanks. My wife and I are retired and this is our only rental - you can expect attention to details to make your rental enjoyable.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We're pretty flexible. We like a pickup at 10:00 AM and a drop-off at 4:00 PM but we understand things can happen. Drop-off after 7:00 PM would be frowned upon as we need daylight to do an inspection.

Meet your host, Jon

Member since 2018

Hello, Friends: I'm 71 years old, and retired from the Human Services profession. My wife is a retired RN. We live in the country just south of Plymouth, Wisconsin at the end of an 1150 driveway. Lots of room to safely park a your car here. We love to travel and see the world. We've hosted 13 high school foreign exchange students. We have five children (all married) and nine grandchildren - the twins are on my lap in the photo, although they're now six years old. Family and friends are the most important treasures of life, and we take every opportunity to have them near us. We have thee dogs - a female golden, her daughter and a nutty chocolate lab mix. We bred our golden retriever earlier this year and it was a blast having 12 puppies around here (but I wouldn't make a habit of it). That's me. Hope to meet you soon.
