The female owner is NOT at all knowledgeable about the camper or its systems. She is VERY obsessed with the waste tanks being empty. More concerned with that than anything else based on how much she talked about it. We received the camper a day late because of miscommunication between the owner and the camper storage location. As a result, it was not cleaned ahead of us, and even had someone’s leftover shelf stable food in it. We also realized when we got to our destination that the waste tanks were NOT empty, but about 1/3 full. We emptied and cleaned everything extremely thoroughly before returning. She proceeded to still charge us the dump fee and tried to charge a cleaning fee for the food that was there when we got it. She also charged us fees for pulling in and out of storage that she had no shared anywhere on the info. She did not use the app the go thru any checklists.

The only problems I had with this rental experience I brought upon myself. I booked the travel trailer Thursday evening and showed up Friday afternoon to pick it up. Because of the short notice the trailer wasn't ready to go. My hosts got the trailer prepared and ready to go as quickly as they could. Everyone involved was very friendly and understanding. I would not hesitate to rent this trailer again for a future trip.
