Other things to noteGeneral Rules: -No Smoking, -No Climbing On The Roof -Towing from this Rig is NOT allowed -Late fee for return after agreed upon time is $100. Walk through will take approx 30 minutes to 1 hour upon return. Please plan for this. -RV must return clean. Counters, bathroom, toilet, shower, table & mirrors all wiped down. Sink, fridge, microwave & pantry all cleaned out. Floors must be swept and all trash removed. If rig is not returned clean, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged upon return. -RV must be returned with all waste tanks emptied and gas & propane filled up. If not returned full fuels, then charge of $25 plus the actual refueling cost. If waste tanks are not dumped, it’s an automatic $50 dump fee per tank.

4Our family had a great trip, but unfortunately the slideout did not work for us which made for a crowded camper with 5 adults. It worked when we picked up the camper so it was no fault of Bryan and there was nothing that could be done at the time, just a little disappointing since that was one of the main attractions of renting this RV. Everything else was great and Bryan was easy to work with and responded quickly. The camper had everything we needed.

5Bryan was responsive when we needed assistance. The RV was well stocked with kitchen essentials, and any gear needed for the RV along the trip. The kids loved it and didn't want to leave when we returned home.

5This was a last minute need (due to my vehicle breaking down). Bryan was IMMENSELY helpful and communicative. The RV itself was easy to ride in (my husband drove it) and had SOOOO MUCH room for 6 people!! I would definitely ask if he and his RV was available again!!! Thanks again Bryan!!!

1While picking up the unit I pointed to a tire on the unit and said that it looked low, Bryan assured me he checked them and it had 72-75 lbs of air. When I started driving it didn’t feel right so I pulled over and checked it. It had 40 lbs in it. After arriving at my destination 62 miles away I started the generator and it ran for 10 minutes and died. It would not restart. After an hour I did get it to start. It did this 5 more times on my 3 night trip. Also the slide would not go out and got hung up sticking out 3 inches and would not come back in until I got 3 people to help push it back in as instructed by the owner. On return of the tv to the owners neither one of them said a word about being sorry I had any problems while renting their RV. And then charged me $158.20 for mileage that was not supposed to be charged. I traveled 141 miles of 300 allowed miles

5Thanks to Bryan and Tiffany my "Bucket List" Indy 500 weekend was as perfect as it gets. The RV was well equipped, everything on it worked with no breakdowns. The Burrows are wonderful and very accommodating hosts. Definitely would rent from them again and you should too!
