If a host or an RV could receive more than 5 stars - this would be the one! From the first message to the host Mariah, I felt like I was talking with someone attentive and genuinely invested in the overall experience. I've been renting on Outdoorsy for several years now for family vacations, and finding the right host is more important than just cost alone. Not that cost is never a consideration, but in a competitive economy where there are lots of options to choose from, Mariah is the single biggest reason for having booked her RV vs. the others I was considering at the time. Then there is the RV - it exceeded expectations in many ways with small details. I normally rent to tow, but this year our family was doing a single destination at Pismo Beach and having Mariah take care of setup was the first of many great experiences. The RV was setup, outdoor rug deployed, and picnic table dressed in a table cloth ready for us to unpack and setup. Outside, Mariah provided plenty of camping chairs, outdoor trash can, board games for my kids, a grill/griddle, and even had roasting sticks and chocolate for s'mores later that evening - amazing! Inside had everything from clean bed linens, hand towels for the kitchen/bathrooms, plates/silverware and cooking supplies, Keurig for coffee, a toaster, tea kettle, and even a beautiful lemon scented candle! In addition to the RV just being clean, the decor matches and it's something few hosts like Mariah take pride in for the few renters like me that appreciate that kind of thing. If you're reading this review and considering booking with Mariah, you should do it before someone else books her. I can't imagine you'd find a better option out there with a better experience. Unforgettable Trip – Exceptional Service! We recently rented an RV for my birthday family trip to Oceano dunes and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Host even gave me a gift basket my whole family enjoyed. The vehicle was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The delivery walkthrough before host left was thorough, clear, and gave us total confidence as first-time renters.What really set this experience apart, though, was the customer service. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive when we had a quick question about the RV They made the entire delivery and pickup process seamless and stress-free.We made wonderful family memories on this trip, and we will definitely be renting from them again for our next outdoor adventure!
