- Prep fee: NZ$170.00. We clean the entire unit and all included amenities between every rental. This fee is used for cleaning supplies and the time spent cleaning.

Jamie and I decided to purchase our RV after renting one for our 2023 summer vacation. Our teen daughters instantly fell in love with that rental “home on wheels” and now our family RV. We know our window is short for making memories with our girls at home and we intend to make the most of it. We look forward to helping you make similar memories with your family and friends.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We understand that your trip does not revolve around our time frames. Please communicate with us through the platform and we try our best to accommodate your needs.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

We have assembled a renter's guide for setup and teardown to include for each trip. This guide walks you through setup in various scenarios. Between the hands-on walkthrough and the trip guides, we're confident that you'll do just fine.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

During pickup, we'll walk through the entire unit, inside and out. We'll share any tips and tricks throughout the walkthrough and are also available for you to reach out to throughout your trip.
