2024 EAST TO WEST ENTRADA 3100FBF
We would like to introduce you to the newest member of our fleet. We call it "Harvey the RV". She's a stunning 2024 Class C gas motorhome. This coach offers you a spacious living area because of its large slide, and the U-shaped dinette and the sofa will provide you with a comfortable place to sit down and rest after you have exerted all your energy outdoors. You can also watch the 40" TVs in this combined living and kitchen area. You'll notice that the bedroom also feels open because of its queen bed slide, and the two wardrobes and linen closet across from the bed will surely deliver ample storage space for your belongings. The kitchen has a long countertop so that you can prepare meals a little bit easier, and there is also a convection microwave that will speed up the process.A large stainless steel 10.7 Cubic Ft. The 12v Refrigerator is just waiting for you to stock. The separated bathroom makes it convenient when two people are getting ready for the day, and you can create a full bathroom by sliding two doors closed. Another great feature is how roomy it is even when the slides are not out. You can use the restroom or even lie down in the master bedroom for a cat nap on those long travel days. The interior has white Hardwood Shaker Style Cabinets, Dual A/C units to keep you cool in the Heat. Quite a rarity to have a class C RV with 2 roof top AC units. A Roof Mounted Solar Panel , automated leveling jacks, Backup and Side View Cameras with Monitor just to name a few of the many features. Pet friendly, but if you're allergic to cats, this unit is not for you. Harvey has been deep cleaned and detailed. This RV is for you, with all the niceties of homeFrom November 15th until warmer weather returns to us. When you receive the RV it will be winterized - meaning the water will be removed from the coach - this will prevent burst water lines, etc. during freezing temperatures. If the RV is unattended, meaning heat is not pumping through the RV or tank heaters (if equipped) are not in operation then you should never have water in the RV because you don't want to have an issue with burst pipes. If you are living/traveling in the RV and have warmth in the RV 24/7 then you can fill the RV with water. To do this, just follow the videos we have sent you on how to fill your RV with water. TIP: Once you introduce water, and if you are in a colder climate, please put your tank heaters on (if equipped) and ensure that you run heat through the RV 24/7 at a minimum of 40 degrees (even if you are not occupying the RV)As you introduce water to the RV for the first time, the faucets, etc will 'splutter' until a steady stream of water comes out. When you return the RV back to us, we will winterize it (remove all the water from the system for you)Winterizing your RV’s plumbing is incredibly important, especially if your RV will spend any time at all stored/unoccupied in sub-freezing temperatures over the winter months. Frozen water lines can quickly lead to burst water pipes, a broken water pump, and a devastating amount of damage to the RV itself. Proper RV winterizing of your plumbing system is something almost all RVers need to know how to do at one point or another. What's includedAll plates, glasses, silverware, pots/pans, and cooking utensils are provided.
Fresh and clean Linens are available free of charge upon request, or you are more than welcome to bring your own.
