Review summary
Offers comprehensive detailed explanations
Joe (and his wife) are praised for being extremely responsive and providing very thorough walkthroughs, including cheat sheets and even video calls for issues. He ensures guests feel confident and prepared for their trip.
Drives smoothly like a car
Guests consistently praise its smooth drive, ease of handling, and ability to park easily in cities and national parks, often feeling more like a car than an RV. It's clean, well-maintained, and equipped with features like Starlink, a pop-top, and a larger fridge.

5.0Joe was so great! Highly communicative and did a very thorough walkthrough at the beginning. It was our first venture into RV camping and it was so great. Wish we could have had it longer, but will definitely be back for another RV experience!

5.010/10 recommend Vanhallah! My boyfriend and I rented for 10 days as our first van trip and I could not be more satisfied. The renter/owner (Joe) and his wife were extremely responsive to any of our inquiries and really made this trip all the fun with none of the stress. Very thorough during introduction and even had a cheat sheet for navigating the “stinky slinky” and other possibly confusing appliances. The van itself was super clean, drove very smooth (considering we were driving a house), everything we needed to use worked, every message or call was answered within the minute, and we didn’t do nearly as bad on gas as we thought! If you are considering renting go ahead and book, you wont regret it (:

5.0We had the best time! Meeting Joe and his wife right off the bat, we knew we had picked the right vehicle for our needs. Joe described everything in detail about the Van and took us for a test drive, and we were off on an adventure.
