Detail cleaning cost between $500-$800 and are unfeasible for us to provide.Scout is filled with state-of-the-art equipment. This includes a Dometic furnace system (propane), Dometic A/C, UV drinking water filter, tankless hot water heater with recirculating pump (propane), Battle Born Batteries and 360w solar panels, and a 30amp shoreline Smart Plug. With a dry weight of just 2700 lbs this 16-foot trailer is a dream to pull with most midsize SUV or truck. The two individual beds can fold into one large bed (bigger than a king bed).Prepare: Prepare yourself for your journey. RVs have complex systems on board and if it is your first time we suggest watching as many videos of the rig you are renting on YouTube. Boon Docking is camping with no hook ups weather you are in a developed site or not. If you are new to camping this is the most challenging type of RV camping and requires a lot of thought and critical thinking. We urge folks that are new to RV camping to plan to stay at full hook up sites along their journey. Please Note: Add-on rental items such as generators, paddle boards, Luno mattress and Starlink follow the same cancelation/refund policy as the RV itself. These items whether used or not are reserved for you when the booking is made. What's included3 blankets

Review summary
Communicative and highly supportive
Chad consistently receives praise for quick responses, providing detailed walkthroughs, and being helpful and accommodating throughout the rental process. One renter experienced a refusal for a refund and insulting behavior.
Easy towing, comfortable interior
The Airstream Basecamp is easy to tow, comfortable for two adults and a large dog, and well-stocked. Renters noted issues with non-working AC, a tire blow-out, and an intermittent water pump (fixed).

5.0As first time users of a trailer, this is a great experience. We usually tent camp, but with such a long trip, we wanted to try something different. This trailer was easy to pull plenty of room inside for two people who are over 6 feet tall and a great Pyrenees. We started at Lake Farmington in New Mexico went up to big Meadows Reservoir in Colorado up to turquoise lake outside of Leadville up to Dillon, Colorado then up to Winter Park and then down through East Fork Campground in Colorado and finally through petrified forest in Arizona. The trailer has everything you need to travel comfortably. The bed was big enough for both of us. The space on the floor was large enough for our dog. It was relatively easy to maneuver into our campsites. There were a few minor issues, but Chad was very quick to respond and was extremely helpful. The one drawback was that the AC was not working. Which didn't affect us in Colorado, however because of all the wildfires we wanted to go home through Moab, but we're unable to because it would just have been too hot without AC.. So if you're looking for an easy -to-tow, cozy trailer, with everything you need, this is it!

5.0Chad was awesome to rent from! He explains everything in detail and if you have any questions throughout your time with his trailer rental setup he answers them promptly. The rental was well taken care of as well as clean inside and out. I would definitely recommend anyone to rent from him

Frequently asked questions
Q.
Can I view the RV before our departure date?
A.
Unfortunately this is not possible. This is a rental RV and is out on trips most of the time.
Q.
I have my own camping supplies can yours be removed before picking up?
A.
Packing and unpacking an RV is a lot of work and leaves room for items to be left out or left behind. Our RVs are set up for folks to pick up, load up their personal belongings/consumables, and head to the great outdoors. You are more than welcome to leave stuff at your home, however we do not have the space to store unneeded equipment from the RV.
Q.
Is the hitch included in the rental?
A.
No, you will need to supply your own.
Q.
What size ball is required and what is the level height?
A.
This trailer requires a 2 5/16” ball. The level height for level is about 20”.
