Everything you need with tons of upgrades! This is our personal camper and is ready to go with everything you will need plus a ton of extras and upgrades for the best outdoor adventure. It is the perfect trailer for a couple or small family with the slide out it is surprisingly spacious. The only things you will need to bring is clothes and food. The camper is light only about 7500 pounds when it is fully loaded and so you can tow it with most full-size trucks or SUV’s. If you are dry camping you will need a generator. If you don't have one we have one available to rent as an add on for a fee.
The camper can sleep up to 4 with a residential Queen bed and the couch folds out into a double/full size bed. For a small camper the bathroom is surprisingly big with a skylight above the shower for extra headroom, a full-size porcelain toilet, under counter vanity space, medicine cabinet, and mini closet with drawers for clothing. There is also extra storage under and around the bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, spices, and dishes. It also has some small appliances and there is a full-size sink, fridge and freezer, 3-burner stove top, microwave, and oven. The outside amenities include a 16’ X 9’ power awning, outdoor shower, power stabilization jacks, power hitch lifting system, adjustable height solid step camper stairs with hand rail, 3 marine batteries for extra power when boon-docking, a removable solar panel, dual propane tanks, dual-axes for stability and a higher ground clearance package. The hitch has sway bars for better weigh distribution and trailer brakes.
What's includedWhen dry camping my husband and I can usually go about 5 days with out needing to refill water or empty sewer if we are conservative with home much we use.
If you are dry camping you will need a generator. If you don't have one we have one available to rent in the add-ons for an additional fee.
The kitchen has everything you will need to cook pots, pans, utensils, spices, and dishes. It also has some small appliances, crock pot, hand blender, toaster, a Keurig 1 cup coffee maker and percolator. There is a flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick and a comfy couch with a fold down console with cup holders and foot rest/ottoman. The couch also turns into a dining area with a fold away table. The Firestick only works if you have internet service through the campground of use your phone as a hot spot. There is a Bluetooth radio with speakers inside and outside, a fireplace for a little ambience or extra heat on cold nights and blackout shades for sleeping in.Some of the extra in the camper includes are all the linens (sheets, towels, pillows, extra blankets etc.) board games, 2 outdoor table, 2 outdoors chairs, outdoor rug, a folding hammock, outdoor propane fire pit, and a cornhole game. You can also upgrade your experience with extra camping gear like a generator or EZ-Up canopy.
RecommendationsIf you have never owned or rented a travel trailer there is a lot of set up and take down required. There is less set up when dry-camping but you may not have cell service to contact up with questions so I would recommend campgrounds for first timers.Other things to noteIf you have never owned or rented a travel trailer there is a lot of set up and take down required. When you pick up the camper we will show you how to operate everything and make sure it is all in good working order. If you are uncomfortable doing the setup and take down ask us about options for us to take care of that for you for a feeWhen camping cell service is sometimes limited so there is a guest information book with instructions on how to use everything in the camper.1. We do not allow smoking inside the trailer.
2. We do allow pets for a fee. Do not leave pets unattended in trailer.
3. We do expect the camper to come back with some dirt but if there is excessive dirt inside or outside you will be charged a cleaning fee.
4. You will be expected to refill the propane tanks if you have used them or you will be charged a refill fee.
5. You also be expected to empty the black and gray septic tanks before dropping off the camper or there will be a fee.
6. This is our personal camper so we keep all of our camping equipment like games and the propane fire pit in the camper. You are welcome to use anything but please make sure you put everything back where you found it before you return the camper.

Amber was great. Very personable knowledgeable, organized and thorough.
I rely heavily on past reviews and ratings to guide my decision making on products and services. Unfortunately, sometimes with mixed results.
Not in this instance. Everything offered was delivered as stated. The trailer came equipped with everything a short or long term renter would need to make their home away from home complete.
As a former trailer owner myself, I could appreciate having at the ready all the basics, and even the minor incidentals too! We had a great weekend outing!
Amber, the trailer and the experience were all top notch! I fully endorse and hope to rent from Amber again in the future.

We had the BEST trip! I had only camped in tents and was interested in trying out a camper. Amber’s camper was perfect. She had just about everything you could think of. I am a neat freak and really appreciated how clean this camper was. Bed was comfy and the hvac worked very well. We had a question for Amber as we were packing up and she was very quick to respond.

Our host Amber was fantastic. She knows the RV and explains everything. We literally needed to bring nothing other than our tow vehicle, clothes, food and beverages. If you like to cook, you'll be surprised at the quality of cookware and seasonings. Everything in the RV works and was spotlessly clean. For your outside time, the host supplies everything you need from tables and chairs, outdoor propane firepit, games and more. For 2 people or a small family, I don't know if you'll find a nicer rental RV that is a light and easy to tow.
