We had an amazing experience renting an RV from the Family Casas this past weekend! From start to finish, they were incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our needs. While we did have some issues with the refrigerator, Luis and his team quickly rectified the problem in a timely manner, ensuring it didn’t impact our trip. They went above and beyond to make our family vacation enjoyable, providing detailed instructions and even a few thoughtful extras to make our vacation more comfortable. The RV was in great condition, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect RV for our needs. Lastly, the rate was good for the size of the RV. We truly appreciated their efforts and couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommend!

We originally had another trailer booked for our trip, but wanted to find a larger one last minute because we changed to a bigger site. Luis and his wife were quick to respond when I was looking around and reassured me by answering all my questions. Luis went out of his way to deliver the trailer for us even though he had to go back down the way he came and go up another way. The trailer itself is very nice and they set it up very cleanly and conveniently. We unfortunately ran into some mechanical issues at no fault to the host and Luis did his due diligence in trying to solve them. He offered a partial refund for our troubles which we appreciated. The way that the trailer was and how Luis and his wife handled the whole matter made me truly believe that they are wonderful hosts and this was just an unexpected hiccup. We still had a great time and I would give them another try based on how they professionally and responsibly handled everything.
