Some of our favorites include the Golden Gate Observation Deck, Helen Putnam, Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, Jack London's "House of Happy Walls" Museum, Trione-Annadel State Park, Crane Creek Regional Park, and Yogi Bear Jellystone Camp Resort in Lodi, just to name a few. Happy to offer add'l recommendations if you share what type of vibe you're looking for (city, country, in-between, near, far, etc.)Other things to noteOur van is named “Mini” for two reasons: 1) she's from Minnesota and 2) she’s a "miniature" version of a camper van, which means the full-sized mattress takes up entire floor space in the back. You can’t stand upright inside Mini, you can only sit or lay down. Because of this, she's VERY easy to drive, park, and gets great gas mileage, too. Will message a few days before your booking to confirm a pickup window that suites you. If that window is missed by more than 20 mins, then additional fees may apply. We’ll do our best to accommodate. And happy to offer “contactless” drop off at end of rental if that’s desired. Thank you for understanding.Sorry no music festivals, no tailgaiting.Pets allowed. Please note the Pet add-on is available (covers a little extra scrub down for Mini afterwards ;)Deposit is refundable, as long as she comes back safe and sound.Pickup time is coordinated in advance. If you arrive late for pickup, a fee may apply. Easy drop-off instructions that can be contactless at the end of your trip.

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up is generally 11am at start and 5pm at end of your reservation, but we're flexible if you need other times accommodated.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Pulling out the bed, you want to stack one cushion on top of the other to make sliding them out easier. For the awning, I recommend having two people. It's tough to do solo.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric hook up (15 AMP Service) is easy with the power cord we provide. No water hook up, but easy to unscrew and refill the 5-gallon water jug under sink. No sewer, but camping toilet available with bags you'd need to dispose of separately.
