No cats or large dogs can be accommodated.At 31 ft long, the Fleetwood Jamboree Sport is perfect for families or couples seeking comfort, convenience and super easy driving!Sleeping accommodations for 5 (or 6 if small children) include a soft queen bed, a spacious double cab-over bunk, and a dinette that converts to a comfy bed. Our unit offers a gas stove, microwave oven, and a refrigerator and small freezer that operates on both propane and electricity. It also has a private bathroom and a spacious shower with a sunroof for extra head space.Outside we have a large patio awning and patio mat, and the RV has a generator for tailgating, dry camping, or other short-term overnight "boon-docking" in parking lots or other areas along the way that do not provide full-service hook-ups.This RV is road-tested, super clean, and ready for your next adventure. New tires were installed all around in August 2024, and both the engine and house batteries were replaced in October of 2024 to ensure a safe and highly-reliable camping adventure for you and your family or friends.With only approximately 10,500 miles since new, our motorhome has quite literally barely been used. It runs and shows like a much newer unit, from the cabin all the way down to the engine compartment, which is so neat and clean that you could literally eat off of it (though we obviously don't recommend it!!).Prior to your departure, we will thoroughly brief you and your family or friends on everything that you need to know for a safe, reliable, and stress-free rental experience.This will include a detailed walkthrough and explanation of the general operation and driving of the RV, to the operation of the water, holding tanks, water heater, propane, air conditioning, and heating systems to ensure that your trip is thoroughly enjoyable.In addition, we will always be available by phone, email, and text to talk to you directly throughout your trip if you encounter any problems or issues, or have any questions along the way.In summary, we are here to serve YOU, and to ensure that your RV experience is every bit as satisfying and enjoyable as you are hoping that it will be. Just bring your clothes, along with any food or beverages that you will want, and we will do the rest!!At the end of the rental period, we will schedule the post-rental inspection with you, and will then pick up the RV at a time of your choosing, clean and sanitize it, and bring it back to our long term storage facility.
