2The overall trip was not a good experience dealing with all the problems. We had so many problems. The refrigerator didn’t work, AC didn’t work, we were unable to stay in the RV for 2 days which we did get a refund on that, but having to rent for 3 days and only getting back not even half or most for only staying one day is not good. Also when we got there the screen was off so if we wanted to stay we couldn’t keep the door open. The inside felt like 100+ degrees. When we first got there, there was urine in the toilet already so someone must of when to the bathroom and never flushed. Things were broken as well and when we moved the couch there was still dog or cat food in the rv. We were told it would be a $65 flat rate for delivery but was charged $110. I had to rent another place because i had food to store and was not going to sleep in a hot RV. The door would not lock on the one night we stay so we had to figure out a way to keep it closed. The trip cost was not worth it with everything i went through. I’m not sure if it’s Oscar or Outdoorsy that would have refund more but this was not a good experience especially being my first time. The only good thing was Oscar was quick to respond. I do have videos and pic of everything. I would just say of you are going to rent make sure to ask lots of questions and the person who owns the rv please let the next renters know if things are wrong or damage.

5My host Orlando was very kind and showed me everything I needed to do to station the trailer. His beautiful wife showed me all the inteirior and all the perks of the trailer, and gave me positive attitude about my trip. Will definitely be wanting to rent with them again.

5This was our first time ever using a trailer to camp and Orlando was incredibly helpful. We knew it would be extremely hot, and we wanted our children to be comfortable. This trailer prodvided everything we needed, AC, fridge, washroom, etc. He and his wife were really supportive throughout the trip! Such a wonderful experience. I highly suggest! Thank you again for being with us every step of the way!
