- Please no smoking inside the trailer as it is not permitted. If the camper is returned smelling of any kind of smoke, $300 will be deducted from the security deposit for a professional cleaning
- Do not leave pets in the rig alone
- Please dump gray/black tanks. A charge will be applied if the camper is returned with full gray and black water tanks
- If you need roadside assistance, please call/text me to keep me in the loop. I want to be sure you and the camper are taken care of!
- Renters are responsible for any tolls, tickets or tows (not for mechanical issues)
