Our camper/van is a loaded and professionally customized (Boho Camper Vans) 2022 Ram Promaster 3500 with very low mileage. Customization was completed in January 2024. It is fully equipped with a cedar interior and includes the following:>rear cabin ventilation fan and air conditioner

The toilet must be emptied and the toilet and surrounding area must be cleaned spotless when the van is returned or a $200 charge with be assessed to the security deposit.Well behaved dogs are allowed at an additional fee. There is a limit of two dogs and the combined weight is not to exceed 50lbs. All dogs must be crated when not attended and not left alone in the van. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.No smoking is permitted anywhere in the van.No festivals or tailgating permitted.

Dirk & Mardi were extreme generous and patient while helping me navigate the wild landscapes of Arizona. The newly built camper van was impeccable. Loaded with a full kitchen, AC, shower, toilet, entertainment, and plenty of room to accommodate 3 — the road trips made it that much comfortable and zenful. I wish I had stayed longer. Thanks for the memories!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
There is an electrical hookup and a hookup to refill the water tank. There are no sewage hookups. A gray water container collects water from the sink and is located underneath the sink, which will require occasional emptying and needs to be completely emptied before returning the van. Although there is an optional dry flush toilet available (at an extra charge for the cartridges) you may need to rely on bathroom fascilities at the campground or elsewhere.
