What's includedTV in living area w/ stereo that also plays outside. Tv in bedroom. All cooking supplies. Towels, linens and pillows CAN be supplied for extra charge. There is a Keurig coffee maker. Also a induction cooktop that we like to use in the outdoor kitchen. We leave everything on the trailer that we need when we camp so anything you should come across will be in the trailer storage compartments. we can talk about the rental and what add one you might need. RecommendationsCamp with FULL hookups when available..It's nice to worry about tank levels overfilling or depleting. I also recommend contacting me directly for your best deal possible. The prefab fees and add-ons the are intimidating don't let them be I can give you a flat rate everything included priceOther things to noteALL WE ASK IS RV should be returned in same or better condition then when you received it. Sewer tanks need to be emptied and flushed. Propane tanks need to be filled. If these aren't prepaid ahead of scheduled rental there will be fees if they aren't REFILLED when returned. Or at least verbally discussed between us. Thanks

5We enjoyed renting Eric’s trailer for our 2-week roadtrip out of state. It was comfortable for our family of 5! We had more than enough space and kids loved having a bunkhouse room all to themselves! The outdoor BBQ and kitchen were a plus! Erik is great with communication and responds very quickly. Even when we had a problem, he responded and took care of it right away. We will definitely rent from him again!

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Easily hookup all features to parks amenities. I recommend camping with FULL hookups as it is nice not to worry about levels of tanks

Does delivery include setup?
A.
Yes. I will bring it to your camping spot and level the RV. Also hook up water and sewer. I will roll out a rug for the entryway and ha e the refridgerator COLD and AC BLOWING! When your trip is complete I will come get it. Make sure to purchase the Sewer dumping Package as well because if you don't have sewer hookups and I show up to a tank full of waste, fees will be charged. Full hookups are recommended
