After your sun-drenched Okanagan day, relax under the shade of the awning in the supplied chairs.
**This is a no-smoking unit & Delivery Only**Drift into sleep on the deluxe mattress in the privacy of the separate master bedroom. The rear bunks offer a double-sized foam on the bottom with narrow bunk above with privacy curtain. The table offers a short double bed and the couch turns into a single. There's a full bath with a skylight in the tub. There’s an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off.
The fully equipped kitchen provides you with a coffee maker, microwave, along with the regular dishes and cutlery, pots and pans. Ask us for a complete list of what’s included. You will also find coffee, tea, some seasonings, sugar, plastic wrap, tin foil, dish and hand soap. RV toilet paper is provided. Please do not flush anything else down the toilet.
There are camp chairs, a small table for outside, and a couple of games (indoor and out). If you have 30amp hookups you can also use the TV and DVD player (we have a small selection of DVD's - ask for a list) and the air conditioner. ** Please Note: THE AC Will Only Work With A 30 AMP Hookup**. For areas off-grid we have solar panels for a fee to ensure your lights keep working throughout your stay.
The trailer has an insulated winter package and furnace so can be used comfortably into fall and spring.
We will deliver the trailer once we have confirmation of your campsite. When booking please note the size, 30’ and that BC Provincial Government Campgrounds are beautiful but do not have hook ups. Therefore, no air conditioning and no TV.
For additional fees we offer linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, beach towels, dishcloths, and tea towels), water toys, kayaks, a propane fire pit, and/or bbq. What's includedBring your clothes and personal toiletries! Everything else is available. Unit is fully equipped with spices, dishes for 4(more settings upon request), cooking pots, utensils, mixing bowls, dish soap, first aid kit, condiments, tea, coffee, cleaning supplies, camping chairs, mats (indoor and out), games. For a small fee (cleaning) we offer bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, beach towels) and linens. We also have floaties, a bbq, canoe, or propane fire pit for small extra fees. If you are dry camping (no hookups) there is a fee for septic tank cleaning.RecommendationsWe love the lakes of the Okanagan; Skaha and Osoyoos are our favourites. There’s plenty of hiking, fishing, wine or beer or spirits touring to be done nearby. Historical sites and lots of water sports such as SUP, kayaking, or just swimming. Great restaurants for the foodies (Sociale and Elma are faves) and simple pleasures like ice cream for the young or young at heart. Our favourite is Ogopogos or Lickety Splitz. Kelowna, Vernon (Atlantis water slides), Osoyoos, and Oliver are all an easy drive from Penticton. Don't miss all of the amazing festivals that Penticton has to offer especially PeachFest with plenty of free entertainment for families and adults. This year feature entertainers are 5440, Aaron Pritchett, and Doug & the Slugs.Other things to noteWe delight in offering you a fantastic camping experience so you can focus on making memories. So it is good for everyone we ask the following: We do not allow smoking in our unit. we ask that you use only RV toilet paper (we know it sucks, sigh) but it’s so much better than plugged plumbing ruining your trip. We ask that you return the camper as clean as possible. Taking off shoes and putting in the provided shoe bin helps streamlining the cleaning. We are happy to tow our trailer to wherever you have booked your site. Propane fees apply with any use of gas appliances. Septic emptying fees apply if you do not have hookups.

5Hosts are awesome! They answer right away if I had any questions. They supply everything we need - and even made a trip out to see us to drop off chairs that they forgot to put inside for us. We didn’t need the chairs - but it was super nice to get to meet them & have them do that.
