Very light tent trailer. Easily towable by most SUVs as it only weighs 1200lbs (I've towed it with a Kia Rondo! And now I drive a tiny Ford EcoSport). Easy to navigate and park. Can sleep 6 comfortably but if you have children could easily squeeze in 8. Double bed on each side and fold down table. Very clean. It's cozy on cooler nights and the furnace works amazingly well. Camping chairs are always included, as is the foldable camp table, cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, axe and camp stove if you prefer to cook outside. Also included is an outdoor camp shower/shower tent (and potty if needed) (great to have set up if you are going with small children!) Pick up time is after 2pm and drop off by noon unless otherwise arranged.I take this little unit out by myself all the time - it is so easy to use and set up (anyone can do it!).
RecommendationsGreat family trips - Crimson Lake, Dinosaur Trail RV resort (rent the canoe!), Long Lake, or if you can't get a campground - set up in my private campsite (7 minute drive to Wabamun Lake Provincial Park).

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I try to be as flexible as possible with advanced notice. Ask at time of booking if you would like alternative pick up/drop off times.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

Trailer is a 30amp plug but I provide the adapter if you're at a 15 amp site. I also provide the hose if your site has water hookups. No need to wait in line for the dump station on your way out of a campground since there in no toilet on board. The sink is gravity drain (unplug the cap to allow sink to drain).

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Tent trailers have small tires. Because of the small size they generate a lot of heat. Recommended travel speed is 95km/h, especially on hotter days.
