**This unit is currently winterized** (No sink, toilet or shower use)Sleeps 8 if there are 2 people on each bed (Bunk Beds, Dinette & Master). Trailer must come back as clean as it left with empty tanks.Currently, it comes equipped with the following:- Bedding & pillows for the bunk beds and queen in the master

- Rhino sewer hose kit (stored in bumper cavity)
- 30amp RV surge protector with 30amp to 15amp adaptor

- Pair of X-chocks for additional wheel stabilization

So if you are planning on boondocking, you will not be able to use the electric fireplace, microwave, AC, and outlets.We do allow pets, however there is a non-refundable fee that you must add at the time of your booking.If the camper comes back damaged in any way, the security deposit is forfeit.Please, no smoking.

Chad set everything up perfectly for us and was very accommodating. His trailer is really nice, everything works like it should, and the heat was strong enough to keep us very warm during 20 degree nights. Will definitely rent again!

This camper is really clean and spacious! Everything works great and it is really easy to use! Chad (owner) is friendly and is great with communication. He explained how everything worked in detail and he was really patient with us, which was very helpful since it was our first time renting a camper! We will rent again from him. We are super satisfied!
