We are excited to share our 2021 Coleman by Dutchman Lantern 263BH camper with you! We purchased this to enjoy time with family and friends in the outdoors, exploring different camp sites, and creating memories. We are renting this out so that you can create some memories of your own in what we consider our home away from home. As we love our camper we ask that you treat it as if it was your own and give it back to us in the condition it was received.The 2021 Dutchmen Coleman Lantern 263BH is a top-of-the-line travel trailer that offers style, comfort, and convenience for all your adventures on the road. This model features a spacious interior with modern amenities and thoughtful design touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The 263BH floorplan includes a master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave, a dinette that converts into an additional sleeping area, and a cozy living area with a sofa and entertainment center with an electric fire place.The Dutchmen Coleman Lantern 263BH is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to travel in comfort and style. With its spacious layout and multiple sleeping areas, everyone will have plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the great outdoors. The exterior of the 263BH is just as impressive as the interior, with features like a power awning, outdoor shower, and pass-through storage for all your gear.Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a cross-country road trip, the Dutchmen Coleman Lantern 263BH has everything you need to make your travels unforgettable. Please be sure to not let the dog on the furniture or beds. Please also clean up after your pet as we don’t want dog food, urine, or feces in our camper.The master bedroom is a queen size bed and bedding and pillows are provided. The room has doors for privacy and cabinets for clothing storage.Double bunk beds on the other side that can sleep two people on each bunk. The couch pulls out and the dinette table also converts to a bed which can sleep one adult or two kiddos each. Must provide your own bedding and pillows.The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, pantry, and storage space. There is also a dinette seating to enjoy your meal indoors unless you prefer to be outdoors. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, utensils, toaster, Keurig, and basic spices.There is also a fire place in the kitchen/living space for chilly nights with a smart tv that you can also use to for any tv entertainment.Lastly, the bathroom has a sink, shower, and toilet with a door to the outside. This is helpful for coming in and out to use the bathroom and having direct entry. Must use RV only toilet paper. We will provide one roll per day/night of rental.The outdoor has an outdoor shower and an awning that can be retracted for shade. Please be sure to bring it in during windy times. We will provide two camping chairs and an outdoor rug.Please note that if this campers returns to us on a condition that it wasn’t sent to you will be charged a cleaning fee and deposit will not be refundable.What's includedBedding and pillows for the master/queen size bed. You must provide bedding and pillows for the bunks, fold out couch and table conversion.One roll of toilet paper per day/night you must purchase RV toilet paper. We will provide one trash bag for bathroom.One roll of paper towel in the kitchen and one trash bag. A sponge and soap for use in kitchen, spices, limited pots pans, utensils, plates, cups, a toaster, and Keurig.For outdoors we will provide an outdoor rug and two camping chairs.Other things to noteNo smoking or vaping in the camper. We will charge an additional fee of $100 for cleaning if any smoke or smell is detected.Use only RV toilet paper. Please do not flush and feminine products.One dog is allowed if potty trained. They must be in a kennel when you aren’t in the camper. Do not allow the dog on the furniture or beds.
