Looking to hit the road in a powerful great handling RV that can fit the whole family and then some! Here it is. The Cowboy Cadillac! this is our families personal RV. Low miles, easy to drive. It has the powerful Duramax diesel engine to cruise with easy. I've owned both the standard class C and this super C on a 5500 chassis and there's no comparison on how much better this handles going down the road. Especially in the wind. We love and use this RV regularly and want to offer it to others to enjoy and make memories with! It has an upgraded and remodeled Large interior with two super slide outs. Remodel done in 2023 including new comfy leather couch and recliner chair, 2 new Wifi streaming TVs in front and Master bedroom, Apple Carplay to easily navigate to your destination, back up camera, push button auto leveling. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably on two queens and a foldout couch. On top of that, two bunk beds and a dinette bed as well.
Our Motorhome has all the typical appliances including duel air-conditioners to keep you cool, Microwave, Coffee maker etc.

What's includedKitchenware/utensils, pots and pans, dish soap, a few trash bags, 3 rolls of toilet paper, hoses and cables for Full hook ups, onboard quiet generator or Solar setup. 5Ran great, pulled my trailer and didn’t even notice it was there. Everything worked all 5 days I had it like a dream. Overly equipped with stuff you don’t even know you need till you’re there and need it. Host was amazing to work with, very quick to respond. Also explained all the features on the RV before driving away, very helpful because this RV has a ton. I will be back to rent from him again.

Rules and policies
RV Rules
1) The renter must participate in a walkthrough.
2) The awning must be monitored at all times during use. Renter responsible for wind damage.
3) NO SMOKING in the RV. $250 fee if there are signs of smoking.
4) Black/Grey tanks must be emptied and flushed before returning the RV unless the renter has pre paid dump. Returning without dumping and without pre-paying will be $75 fee.
5) Diesel and Propane tank must be refilled before returning. If not, $75 charge plus cost of fuels will apply. Fuel and propane are available onsite at pickup/ drop off location
6) The RV may be taken anywhere within 500 mile radius except off road including dirt roads.
7) The RV should not be driven over 75
8) 2 dogs are allowed for a $15 fee each. Owner must be notified. Dogs only
9) Tolls (If applicable) must be paid by the renter in full. Any parking tickets etc. must be paid by the renter in full
10) Do not get on the roof of the RV. Doing so will result in loss of deposit.
11) Maximum towing GVW 6000 lbs. $15 a day, pre-paid under add ons. Please provide information about what is being towed.
12) Cleaning is charged a $75 fee per hour. This includes the insides and outsides of the RV if returned excessively dirty. Minimum of 1 HR.
13) Any Items not returned associated with the rental will be charged at the cost to replace the item plus 25%.
14) If not returned in time or in condition that results in loss of the next rental without approval, the renter will be responsible for the total rental amount lost. If a claim needs to be filed, the renter will be responsible for the $250 estimate fee and any rental amount lost (at owner discretion).
