We do not charge a prep fee- there are enough fees attached (that we cannot control) so we try to keep your price low. This is the perfect family vacation rig. Can sleep up to 8 people, double bunks, queen bed up front (with upgraded pads on mattress- makes it very comfortable). The couch and table turn into beds as well. Power awning. The bathroom includes a full tub to wash all the dirty feet nightly. It’s roomy enough to have extra family/friends gather for a card game or a movie inside. DVD player provided upon request. Everything works flawlessly (AC, heater, fridge, microwave, power slide out). It is the perfect size and very easy to tow. Feel free to use all pots/pans, basic utensils, cooking spices, towels, soap and other basic kitchen/sleeping needs. It’s stored just to the side of our house on a cement RV pad so it’s very easy to hook up and pull straight out. This trailer is immaculate! The main bedroom is separated by a solid door for extra privacy or a sleeping baby during nap time. Come make some fun family memories in our adored trailer!What's includedPots, pans, toilet paper, cooking spices, some basic cooking supplies, extra blankets, and outdoor garbage can. Lava Hot Springs, Oneida, Twin Lakes - or anywhere in southern Idaho is just a short drive away. Yellowstone or the Tetons are only about a 4 hour drive.

My sons wedding was up Blacksmith Fork Canyon and this trailer was perfect! There is so much room inside The bride and bridesmaids easily got ready inside. And it comfortably sleeps so many people. The trailer is very well-maintained and the hosts are very friendly and accommodating! I’m so glad we chose this trailer!

Becky and her husband were great to work with! Quick response time answering all our questions and they were flexible with picking up and dropping off the trailer.
