2021 trailer! Small enough to pull with mid size SUV or small truck but big enough to have all the amenities! Located near Bryce Canyon with many neighboring wondering awes close by such as Zions National Park, Escalante Grand Staircase, Cedar Breaks, Kolob, Cedar mountain and Lake Powell!
We are located in Panguitch which also has 3 KOA campgrounds ( Panguitch KOA, Panguitch Hitch-n-Post and Bear Valley KOA).
IF you love to fish we are close to Panguitch lake, Pine lake , and Otter creekThis trailer comes stocked and ready to roll just be sure to bring your sleeping bags or bedding. (see what’s included list below).Sleeps up to 5 people
2 on queen bed, one on top bunk,one on bottom bunk and one on table bed.What are you waiting for? Come hook up to the Rollin’ inn and let the adventure begin.Camping off the grid is no problem we have a generator you can rent for an additional fee of 10$ a day. Make sure to add the add-on fee. We have been tent campers most of our marriage but after 2 of our children were diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis we decided it was time to upgrade to the Trailer life. Our family motto is “live life to the Fullest”

This was my family's first time camping in a travel trailer and it was great! We ran in to multiple issues leading up to our trip but Callie was amazing. She was very flexible and worked through everything to make sure we had a great trip. I highly recommend renting from Callie!

Callie was great to work with and responded to messages almost immediately. Pick up and drop off very extremely easy and she worked around our schedule to make it convenient for us. The trailer was very clean and well kept up. It was well stocked and came with extras like camp chairs and a table. We went to see the eclipse and the entire experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend renting this trailer.
