the trip first started when we met to exchange the trailer. the ball size our truck had was too small and Ron agreed to drive the short distance to drop off as a favor which was very courteous and unexpected. the unit was clean, well stocked, everything was as expected. the stereo system was a lot of fun as it played inside and outside the trailer. modern interior and plenty of storage in the large fridge. was a great rental and Ron was helpful. would rent again.

Our experience renting from Ron was fantastic. He was very communicative before the trip, and he was able to set up the RV and give us the tour very quickly once we got to our campsite. The RV had everything we needed for our family of five. We were very comfortable - pampered, really - due to all of the amenities included in this rental. We will rent from the Rippy family again!
