This trailer is 31ft. long and has a great living space really makes you feel at home. 43inch Lg smart TV which can be programmed with your hotspot. Private Suite with queen size bed. Lots of storage and plenty of extra sleeping area for the kiddos and 2 more adults. Couch converts to a bed, bunk beds and table converts to about a full size bed. AC and Heat. Stereo with indoor and outdoor speaker, can be connected to Bluetooth. Bathroom has nice size shower with a bonus door to enter or exit bathroom. USB ports in bunk beds, two in master suite, and a couple in the living and kitchen area,
so you can keep your phones and tablets charged. LED blue light strip in and out door. What's includedYou will find everything you need such as Fresh linens, blankets, pillows, 8 towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes serving for 10, Keurig coffee cup maker. Toaster, smoothie blender, pretty much everything you think you would need, in side kitchen. I also provide dish soap, hand soap and toilet paper. Outdoor grass carpet with a bistro set(2 chairs and table) All you need is your personal products and belongings. Glamping is the way to go. Pick your destination within 65 miles and we will deliver, pick up, and set up. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy!! Don’t forget to check out the add-ons. Also if bringing a pet there is a $50. -Absolutely No Smoking in trailer, if trailer smells of smoke $150. Will be deducted from you deposit.
-We love our furry friends, they are allowed by approval only. If trailer comes back dirty from your pet, meaning muddy paw prints, pet hair, smells of urine or feces there will a $150. Deducted from your security deposit for cleaning.
-To avoid a messy fee of $150. Please have trailer clean-garbage taken out, dirt, pet hair swept out. And dishes rinsed out.
-Prep. Fee $95.00Which covers prep, sanitizing, and set up.

Mechelle's RV was perfect for us! She set it up ahead of time and it was all ready to go - we really enjoyed the amenities and it was super clean and new! We slept great and loved the nice finishes like the flooring and decor. A special experience!

The RV was perfect for our group of 7. It was spacious, clean and suited with all our needs. The host was very communicative and kind. We are so glad that we rented from her. We will definitely rent again if needed.

I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars! The RV was clean and comfortable but the owners took the experience over the top! The communication beforehand was great. They had to wait in line for over an hour to set up and were cheerful and pleasant when meeting us, going over the functions for novices like us. They left their phone number for any questions or issues. Just an overall great experience.

We've been renting RVs for the past 10 years and this host (Mechelle Gutierrez) was the best we've ever worked with! The RV was in great condition and had all the amenities a family of 5 needed (dishware, linens, pillows, towels, extra blankets, string lights, artificial turf and a bistro table and 2 chairs for outdoor use, etc). We rented her RV over the holidays and she took the extra step of decorating it with Christmas decor right down to the hand soap; which made it feel so warm and welcoming. She stayed in contact leading up to the rental dates and afterwards. I appreciated the level of detail and care this owner took in making sure our vacation was a good one. And I appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness. When I'm in the area again, I'll definitely rent from her again. I'd highly recommend her and her RV for vacationers looking for a great rental experience.
