Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We can arrange a different time for pick up or drop off. We offer maximum flexibility so that you can enjoy your trip.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This RV is compatible with 50 amps or 30 amps - 120 Volt power source. You can also plug this in to a 20 or 15 amp 120 volt residential electric receptacle but it cannot power the air conditioner or the microwave oven. Normally, the discharge valves for onboard sewer tank (black tank) and used water from shower and sinks (gray water tank) are left closed and open or drain in the morning, draining the black tank first, followed by the gray tank.
Q.
What time is pick up and drop off?
A.
You can pick up the RV anytime after 12:00 noon. Drop off time is no later than 12:00 noon.
Q.
If I am not comfortable driving your RV, can you drive it for me?
A.
There is an option to deliver and set up the RV of your chosen location for a fee. This is actually a convenient way of camping for you.
