An adult or a child could sleep on the couch/futon type bed, and a child could sleep on the table converted to bed.If you return the camper cleaned like you picked it up, there is no cleaning fee. But if we must do extensive cleaning there is a $50 fee that will be added at the end of the rental from the deposit (we don’t anticipate doing that-We’ve not had to yet).What's includedBedding (fresh sheets, comforter, and a couple extra sleeping bags and pillows), towels/washcloths, some small pots/pans, spatula, coffee pot with filters,, silverware and plastic ware, cups, paper plates and bowls, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, toilet paper.RecommendationsWe are located very near Clinton Lake, Lawrence Kansas, also near Pomona Lake, Ks. We are about 45 minutes from Melvern Lake and Eisenhower State Park, Lake Perry, plus near Lake Shawnee, Topeka area.Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking of any kind. We will provide Lysol wipes and would appreciate surfaces in the camper being wiped down at the end of your rental time. We are not charging a cleaning fee if the camper is returned to us as close as possible to the way you received it. Exception would be linens, Blanket/comforters, and towels that we will be washing.
