In excellent condition! What's includedCamping chairs, basics for cooking (cooking utensils, etc). RecommendationsWe have taken our camper to the Black Hills, SD, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Tetons National Park, Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Maplewood State Park in MN, Itasca State Park in MN, and other smaller campground sites around MN and WI. Other things to noteNo pets, no smoking, no tailgating, no festivals, etc. You will need a brake controller, be able to pull 5300 lbs dry weight, and have a 7 blade electrical hookup to rent. Please expect to spend around 20-45 minutes for departure due to walk through and instructions of camper (this is required by Outdoorsy).
