Top of the line model, like new, front kitchen, rear king bed, flat screen TV, 2 slides, theater seating, power stablisers, outside propane griddle, ducted heat and AC, many more accessoriesWhat's includedAn outside mounted propane griddle is included, linens supplied for king bed, pull out sofa and dinette bed, towels and face clothes included as well. Kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and toaster oven. The fresh water tank will be filled ON REQUEST. Camp chairs, outside mounted propane griddle, outdoor mat, some games.RecommendationsBring beach towels, toiletries, shampoo, clothes, medications, and of course food & beverages etc.Other things to noteJust to confirm, propane to be refilled, and tanks dumped otherwise an extra charge of $50 for each propane tank and $50 to dump tanks will be applied. We recommend bringing drinking water.
