2Host was nice and easy to work with, he walked me through the process to ensure I knew how to use the RV correctly. However, after arriving at our location, we discovered the RV had roaches inside the cupboards. Since there was roach traps and roach spray, this appeared to be a known issue that was never disclosed on the listing or in person. We returned the RV the same day and our family vacation was ruined. After returning home, we unpacked and yesterday, my wife found a roach in our house. We are now hiring an exterminator to resolve the issue. We also had many issues with the listing and info from the host not being correct. Host said RV would have clean linens, but linens were stained and pillows had no cases on them. Curtains were opened at arrival and appeared to have black mold on them. We reserved and paid for paddleboards but host said he forgot them. Listing did not disclose there was a dashcam that recorded all conversations in the car. I tried working with Outdoorsy support to get a refund, it was sent to another department and I’ve heard nothing from this department in five days and have not yet received a refund. A disappointing experience all around.

5From start to finish we had a 5 star experience. Adam was responsive and thorough in explaining items and how to use since this was it first time RVing. We had everything we needed for a long weekend state park visit. Would rent again!
