This economical family unit is a traditional favorite for those who want the walk-through convenience of a motorhome.Sleeps 6 comfortably. The queen size bed in the back comes with linens on it. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper and bath towels. The kitchen is fully stocked including a griddle, toaster, crock pot, pots and pans, utensils, plates and cups (if you would not like these things included we can take them out). All the hoses and necessary tools are included for plugging it in, emptying the tanks etc. TV with DVD player is included. 2 inch hitch receiver included, great for bringing rack for biking!One of our favorite places is Moab, UT. It has many hiking and biking trails, and a cozy town vibe. There are also endless Red Rock County, including Zions Natonal Park, Canyonlands, Arches National Park, and Bryce Canyon - all great places we recommend.What's includedFresh linens, Awning, Camping Chairs, Sleeping Bags, Blankets, Bedding, Utensils, Pots and Pans, Outside table included.

As a long time camper, I was impressed with the little things that were supplied in the RV, things like kleenex, zip lock bags, games, and other things that you forget you needed but are glad they are there. it was comfortable, easy to drive, and am so glad I did it. Dennis was a great host, and the whole thing was a good experience. we did have one complication that was easily resolved and quickly answered through a text message. Also got an average of 10 mpg,which was what I was expecting.

5.0The host was wonderful, not a single issue or worry there! The RV was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Everything worked, comfortable to sleep, and great for driving long distances! Most reasonably priced out of everything we looked at too. Can't wait to do it again!
