Seats and sleeps four! Includes cleaning and prep, unlimited generator hours, 200 miles per day, full propane and water tanks, toilet tank emptying on return, Wi-Fi, and streaming. All you have to do is return with a full tank of gas.The van's design prioritizes sleep and relaxation because the main bed is huge (non-standard king) and very comfortable. We replaced the original mattress with a thicker, better one. We also installed an extra TV at the foot of the bed for watching your favorite shows or movies after a long day of adventuring.You'll always be comfortable in the sleeping area with strong cooling and heating for hot or cold nights. And you can go completely off-grid using the generator, so there's no need to find an RV park at night.The pop-top has its own comfortable full-size mattress, which can comfortably sleep one adult or two kids. We have an optional toddler rail and a cargo net to provide peace of mind. There are even reading lights up there!(Note FOR Winter Rentals: We advise against using the pop-top in severe weather including heavy snow, high winds, and extreme cold as the sides are not insulated and it is not designed to withstand significant weight or force.)The bathroom is great for toilet and sink usage. It's a bit tight for showering but can easily be used for washing dirty feet.There is not much else to say other than… this van will change your life! Why? Well, we are renting it out to help subsidize the initial cost, and you will probably want to do the same when you are done!What's includedClean and comfy bedding (including sheets, comforters, pillows), two awesome camping chairs, outdoor mat, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee and creamer, generator, and propane.Other things to notePlease take care of this like you would if you borrowed something from your favorite person on earth! Off-grid doesn't mean off-road, as there is important equipment underneath the van that is not meant for rough or bumpy driving. No eating or pets in bed please. And no smoking!

Gary was a really great host. We spent over a week in the van and even though we encountered some issues with the van - Gary was on the other end of the line helping us through them. The van did have everything included as advertised and was a really great campsite experience. It is best enjoyed from the comforts of paved roads and hosted campgrounds. Thanks Gary!

We had a great week exploring Oregon. This was our first “empty nest” trip and Thor was a perfect van to travel in. Gary was very kind and helpful, and funny to boot. It was easy to drive and the bed was super comfy, which is important! Hope to be back to this area again one day!

The van was incredibly clean, easy to drive, and so much fun for us newbies cruising throughout the beautiful state of Oregon. We had a great time using Gary’s RV. Done a trip to the Oregon and Washington state coast with 3 adults, the roof tent was snug but good for also two adults. Gary was an incredible host, we could contact him day and night for questions and when we didn’t understand something he drove a 4 hour roundtrip to help us out with something in the RV. Thank you Gary and family for everything.

The host was very kind, responded quickly, and showed me everything I needed to know about using a campervan. This was our first time driving a van and it was amazing. The bed was comfortable, toilet and shower were easy to use, and the fridge/stove was super convenient. I highly recommend this van and this host!
