Brand new trailer. It's really nice, and comfortable. I buy new accessories for it monthly. I have a folding table, an outdoor carpet, camp stove, mini propane grill, mini charcoal grill,
Propane tree with hoses to run accessories. The water heater is either electric or proane. This unit has a furnace, but so far I've found the electric fireplace heats the unit nicely. I have a sewage tote ready to go, and a drinking water tote as well Incase you need a refill. There is a 40" lcd tv available if you need it for a rainy day. I've been out in the trailer twice so far, and everything works great.

Mark and his family went over and beyond what we expected, Mark was on time set up was perfect.
The trailer was clean and set up with more extras than we would have expected ie, bbq, folding table,
extra propane tank, camp chairs, the list goes on,.

We would rent this RV again :) Mark was great and easy to communicate with. The RV was delivered and set up exactly as discussed. It was clean, organized and well equipped. Mark was kind enough to set up the outdoor carpet and camping chairs. When we arrived, all we had to do is enjoy :) Thank you Mark!
