5This was our first time renting from Outdoorsy and we'll definitely use it again. We took the trailer to Shamadon Resort and had a great time. The pickup process was fairly smooth and Rick was able to accommodate a slight hiccup really quickly. Highly recommend the Outdoorsy app and Rick's trailer!

5Trailer was clean and in good working order. Ruck delivered it on time (actually Early) and pick was a breeze. We highly recommend renting from Rick. He has several units.

5This trailer was perfect for our family!! I was very impressed by how clean it was when we go it, and almost everything we needed was included. And Rick was super helpful and easy to deal with. We truly recommend, we had a great experience!

1The owner was abusive and accused me of damage we did not do. He called after we did our final inspection and came up with a damage claim afterwards which was bogus. I am now having my damage deposit held in dispute. The glass stove top exploded when I turned on the stove. I turned on the stove to get some heat as the furnace would not work. Very dissatisfied with the owner who apparently did not follow your check in and out procedure Seems very fishy to me Outdoorsy is great but must screen their users better to assure they are better represented
