4.0Louise was in great communication, however we had a few issues with an ant problem/ bug problem in the RV. She was able to talk us through solutions and I am grateful. Its inevitable that nature will get in, but a carpenter ant mother nest was definitely present and hard to get past until we got some ant killer from the local Walmart!

Users manual on board is simple and to the point, makes for easy camping experience. We opted for the delivery and set up option since we were traveling with a 4.5month old this time around, highly recommended this option if you are short on time. We loved our vacation! Highly highly recommend this camper.
