Sleeps up to 4 very comfortably with the queen bed and 2 bunk beds, you could add a 5th with the dining seating area that converts to another sleeping area. My daughter and I have been testing her out over the past week and even with single-digit temps the fireplace keeps Ruby cozy warm (yes, I said fireplace). Ruby's small size & weight (17' length, 3K dry weight, 3800lbs GVW) makes towing to your favorite campground a breeze or makes for the perfect mother-in-law suite should you need more room at your residence!
