Wanting to create memories with your family? Our Lance 2185 is there for you. It features a queen bed that doubles a couch and triple bunks for all the little ones. The dinette set also converts into a full size bed. It is perfect for couples or a family wanting to get away in this unique bunkhouse sleeping 2-3 children.All renters must empty the holding tanks before returning the camper or a $100 fee will be charged. If you have selected delivery, the dump out is included in the delivery fee. Weight distribution hitch with anti-sway will be provided. Your two vehicle must have a receiver and 7-pin connecter for lights and trailer brakes. Delivery is available but contact me first for availability. Delivery fee includes set up, tear down, and holding tank dump out. What's included•30 amp power cord
